Illinois has a slavery system too. Having any sort of diagnosis means cook county guardians or other guardians take you as slave. Cook County sheriff push people from buildings in response to requests to know where family is, have family get phone calls, be visited, go home. Cook County guardian staff dispute caregiving bills to make money, expose elderly to second hand smoke, threaten jail for trying to know where family is, give shots without consent, threaten jail because the County and state tax boeing involved in war. Cook County sheriff staff take people's mail and punch people from the Daley Center for concern with issues like this with hands on their guns as they chase people down elevators for wanting to get family fresh air away from smokers.
